Job summary

Butterball seeks a energetic production worker to perform repetitive manual and machine-assisted tasks in turkey processing, cutting, and packaging. You will ensure product safety, follow GMP/HACCP procedures, and support food safety initiatives in a busy plant environment.

Candidates should be self-directed, able to stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced setting. No prior production experience required; high school diploma preferred, with willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or related preferred.
• Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role.
• Ability to read and understand HACCP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks to process meat from turkeys.
• Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures related to product safety.
• Support Food Safety initiatives and monitor equipment.
• Rotate through production functions and perform other duties as assigned.
