Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a production worker to support packaging operations in our Indiana facility. The role requires standing for long periods, operating and monitoring production equipment, and adhering to food-safety procedures.

Responsibilities include loading inputs, inspecting quality, maintaining clean work areas, and completing documentation. Prior meat processing experience is preferred; relocation is not offered; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• 2 months' work history with the same employer.
• Production experience in a meat processing facility is preferred.
• Willing to perform physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and report issues.
• Transport and stage materials throughout the process.
• Perform routine production tasks per work instructions.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, knives, saws as qualified.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality standards.
• Complete documentation and safety reports accurately.
