Qualifications

• Physically demanding position requiring standing for long shifts.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime as production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Set up, inspect and operate equipment used in meat product processing.
• Follow standard operating procedures and complete related production paperwork.
• Maintain a safe, efficient production line and support team members.
• Work six days a week as required by production schedule.
