West Liberty Foods is seeking General Labor team members for its West Liberty, Iowa facility. The role involves performing manual and repetitive tasks across departments such as evisceration, deboning, packaging, and raw pack to produce high-quality meat products.

No prior experience is required, but attention to safety, teamwork, and physical stamina are essential. You may be scheduled for overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships available.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical abilities: stand long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work at line speed.
• Overtime and/or weekends as needed; flexible schedule.
• Post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual or tool-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce meat products.
• Train and rotate to perform multiple tasks within departments.
• Set up production after sanitation completes.
• Support evisceration, deboning, packaging, raw pack, and set up tasks as needed.
• Maintain proper labeling and handoff documentation.
