Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
• Must pass the company physical classification test for essential functions.
• Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Must read and understand specifications and batch sheets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and disassemble equipment (mixers, grinders, and other machines).
• Record all raw material usage on the computer.
• Maintain QA and inventory records.
• Measure and weigh specified ingredients per batch sheets.
• Mix ingredients and chill as needed to spec.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Work with X-ray equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
