Pan Pacific Retail Management (Guam) Co., Ltd. dba Don Don Donki is seeking a Meat Merchandiser to plan and execute meat merchandising strategies in our Guam store. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, shelf presentation, and collaboration with buyers and vendors to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has merchandising experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop layouts that drive customer engagement while maintaining quality standards in a busy retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable.

Mansioni

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies balancing customer expectations and company objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan stock.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timelines.
• Maximize customer interest by displaying products effectively and maintaining appealing shelves.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain shelves and inventory.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
• Monitor stock movement and manage markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clearance events.
• Build relationships with customers and channel partners to close deals.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices.
