• Ability to perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, labeling, and merchandising.
• Maintain department temperature logs accurately.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with standards.
• Check product quality, rotation, and freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Ensure carts, tools, and supplies are well organized.
• Maintain clean, safe floors free of clutter.

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and store correctly.
• Sanitize equipment per policies.
