MEAT/MEAT CUTTER (Finance)

Perform general product preparation, clean-up, and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Must work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate certain equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Performing tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Maintaining department temperature logs.
• Stocking and displaying meat items safely and according to standards.
• Checking product quality and freshness.
• Keeping areas clean and organized.
• Providing excellent customer service and relations.
• Unloading trucks and organizing stock.
• Sanitizing equipment and maintaining health standards.
