As a Perishable Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and clean department while providing excellent customer service. Your duties include preparing, packaging, and merchandising fresh products daily, and adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Work Details

Customer Service: Provide superior service, take orders, answer questions, assist with product selection.

Food Service: Prepare, package, merchandise, and rotate fresh products; operate equipment; assist in technical areas.

Sales: Effectively merchandise products, use suggestive selling, promote fresh items, make announcements to increase sales.

Food Safety / Sanitation: Clean and sanitize display cases and equipment, comply with safety standards and SOPs.

Department-Specific Tasks: For example, in Aguas, peel and prepare fruits and vegetables; in Floral, design arrangements; in Market, prepare meats; in Produce, stock and rotate; in Seafood, handle fish and shellfish.

Physical Requirements
