Carlie C's IGA in Dunn, NC is seeking a Meat Market Manager who combines leadership with a commitment to quality customer service. You will oversee daily meat department operations, ensure product quality, proper display, and compliance with sanitation standards.

This role requires experience in retail meat management, the ability to lift heavy loads, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail Meat Market management experience.

Mansioni

• Follow and maintain operational guidelines such as wage percentage, gross profit margins, shrink percentages, sales goals, and supply cost for department profitability.
• Ensure compliance with State and health regulations to keep satisfactory sanitation grades.
• Cutting, wrapping, weigh and label, and stocking meat.
• Supervise, train, and schedule meat department associates.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Maintain a favorable image with customers and company associates through a clean, attractive, and friendly department.
• Applying security device tags on select packages of meat product to control losses.
