Job summary

Pay-Less Markets is seeking a Full Time team member to assist with product preparation, labeling, pricing, and display. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate product stocking, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The position requires reading and speaking English, a valid Health Certificate, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Candidates should be prepared to support inventory and day-to-day store operations in Guam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Health Certificate.

Responsibilities

• May receive, identify, organize, tag, label, document, package, wrap, seal, price, prepare, cut, slice, serve, gather, group, separate, rotate, and/or otherwise record product in work area.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions of work, staging, storage, and display areas – meeting Pay-Less Markets standards and regulations.
• Answers customers’ questions and helps locate items as needed.
• Assists with product preparation for the next business day.
• Assists with disposing of product waste from preparatory procedures.
• Supports monthly inventories and documents on-hand quantities and out-of-date items.
