Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of products and ensure compliance with state standards.
• Organize, maintain back stock, and keep areas accessible.
• Understand meat products and cooking techniques.
• Package, weigh and price meat merchandise.
• Maintain department appearance and display cases.
• Follow tares and weights and measures procedures.
• Suggest products and services to customers.
• Operate equipment (baler, forklift) as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
