• Develop and implement a department business plan to meet results.
• Create and execute promotions with store management.
• Educate team about current and upcoming promotions.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for the sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Assist with budget, expense control, and P&L reviews.
• Coordinate price changes and update shelf tags.
