Job summary

Fiesta Mart is hiring a Meat Clerk at our Dallas facility. You will deliver friendly customer service, help with meat cutting coordination, and maintain clean displays and displays. The role requires reading and writing Spanish and English and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish and English; interact with customers and co-workers.
• Write simple correspondence and follow instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs and perform physical duties in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous customer service at the Meat Clerk station.
• Clean shelves and display cases; rotate Meat Wrap displays.
• Assist with special orders and coordinate with Meat Cutter on item preparation.
• Follow safety and food-handling procedures; maintain a clean, organized department.
