Heinen’s Retail Professional is responsible for delivering premium customer service and upholding Heinen’s Diamond Difference Standards. You will learn and apply Meat Department knowledge, maintain food safety, and collaborate with a team to meet daily tasks, including merchandising and stock management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to work weekends and evenings to support store operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Monitor and maintain food handling and temperature standards.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Meat Department sourcing and tips.
• Write orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks: scanning, shrink, ordering, and merchandising.
• Comply with personal and food safety standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
