Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in meat operations or related field.
• Meat cutting certification required; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss statements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat Manager by directing team members and assigning tasks.
• Order raw materials and merchandise to stock cases.
• Maintain department cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ensure out-of-stock goals are met and manage department operations.
• Develop team members and follow Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Unload and check in orders; stock and rotate meat products.
• Promote customer service and suggestive selling.
