Kroger Family of Companies in Franklin, TN is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to assist with general clean-up, stocking, and customer service. You will ensure products are fresh, properly displayed, and policies are followed.

You will greet customers, monitor temperatures, maintain clean work areas, and support a high-paced team while upholding our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills engaging customers and associates.
• Able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, present information professionally and work with all levels.
• Personal initiative and follow through to completion.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to safely use cleaning solutions and operate production equipment with sharp tools.

Responsabilités

• Wait on customers and greet them promptly and cheerfully.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Unload, stock, and display foods according to standards and recipes.
• Perform required temperature monitoring and ensure food safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Operate cash register according to company procedures, as applicable.
• Collaborate with team in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
