Job summary

Responsibilities include processing cuts for service counters, setting up service cases, and using product knowledge to assist customers with informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Able to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Able to operate or learn to use the equipment used in this role.
• Able to work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label products.
• Stock cases and select products for display.
• Prepare valued-added meat products.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with suggestive selling.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders.
• Set service cases.
