The GIANT Company is seeking a team member for our Meat Department. You will assist customers, receive deliveries, price, label, stock, and rotate products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include preparing valued-added products, setting service cases, and providing exemplary customer service, with shift hours starting at 4-hour blocks. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality food safety.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler.
• Weigh, price, and label products.
• Stock cases and select products.
• Prepare valued-add products.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Process cuts for service counter or special orders.
• Set service case.
