• Experience in customer service and food handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet them with good quality food.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Communicate with customers and associates clearly.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods according to standards.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure product freshness and safety.
• Operate cash register in accordance with procedures, as applicable.
• Work well in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
• Maintain signage, rotation, quantity, and space for merchandise.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely according to policies.
• Adhere to company policies, laws, and health regulations.
