Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members to support the meat department with counter service, stocking, and sanitation. You will help ensure a positive store image by delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.

The role involves maintaining displays, assisting with sampling, and following health and safety regulations. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. No prior retail experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; checks quality and rotates products.
• Maintains back stock and cleaned cases, signs, and shelves.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps areas full and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking and merchandising methods.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environments; adheres to safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties with pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
