Responsibilities include inventory, labeling, following safety guidelines, and supporting seasonal displays. Must be at least 18, have strong customer service skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in meat department or butcher shop is a plus.
• Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle meat products.
• Food handler’s certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and special orders.
• Provide information on meat products, including cooking methods, recipes, and storage.
• Package, weigh, and label meat products for display and sale.
• Maintain inventory levels and rotate products for freshness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Arrange and display meat products attractively.
• Support seasonal and promotional displays.
