Job summary

Coborn’s Meat Department Manager will lead the meat team to maximize sales and gross profits, using available personnel and resources to run a high-performing department. You will guide training and coaching to maintain exceptional guest experiences and department standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold Coborn’s service expectations while ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory controls. This role is on-site and plays a key part in store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/meat experience preferred.
