Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Cut meat using knives, saws, cubers, slicers and grinders.
• Operate the meat department in the absence of the meat manager.
• Ensure proper wrapping, weighing, labeling and displaying of all meat merchandise.
• Adhere to meat department standards including case layout and trim specifications.
• Adhere to sanitation and temperature guidelines per corporate/state standards.
• Maintain grind and meat logs; receive all meat merchandise; control shrink.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
