• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Empower team to meet targets through collaboration.
• Create adequate scheduling to manage customer volume.
• Train associates on inventory, stocking, and performance.
• Cut meat to customers' requests using proper equipment.
• Inform customers of meat specials and offer samples.
• Ensure correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Maintain temperatures and logs for cases and coolers.
