Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet them with good quality food.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.

• Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods per company standards.
• Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality is fresh and safe.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and well organized.
• Maintain floors clean and free from clutter; wash and sanitize cookware and utensils as required.
• Ensure proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, and space for merchandise.
• Operate cash register per company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Ability to manage conflict in a professional and cooperative manner.
• Provide support and assistance through interaction with diverse customer groups.
