Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully. Greet customers and provide quality food.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Must be able to communicate with customers and associates.
• Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods per standards.
• Perform required temperature monitoring.
• Monitor product quality; ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Keep floors clean, safe, and clutter-free.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies.
• Maintain signage, rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely per policies.
• Adhere to company policies; follow state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register per procedures; as applicable.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
