Job summary

You will stock, price updates, rotate inventory, assist customers, and help maintain clean, organized displays from the coolers to the floor; starting early at 5:00 am.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in meat department work and a high school diploma or GED, with a willingness to learn and grow within our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year meat department experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and merchandising in fresh and frozen cases.
• Update product pricing as necessary.
• Ensures product quality, protections, accuracy, and proper rotation in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensures great customer experience.
• Maintains pork rind rack clean and organized.
• Keeps meat displays clean and presentable.
• Store cleaning supplies properly.
• Advertising department products.
• 5:00 am start time.
• Other duties as assigned.
