Qualifications

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Follow safety guidelines when using equipment and handle food properly.
• Read shelf tags and maintain correct pricing and labeling.
• Stock, rotate and prepare meat products for the case.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, label and price products.
• Prepare products for the service meat case.
• Suggestive selling and product sampling.
• Receive product from warehouse and keep cases clean.
• Maintain temperature controls for coolers, freezers and cutting room.
• Close day by moving product to proper storage.
• Provide customers with cooking instructions.
• Adhere to company safety and sanitation guidelines.
