• Collaborate with team to build a strong meat department and assist members
• Prepare and handle meat products following standards and safety guidelines
• Utilize handheld devices and tools to support production, training, and product quality decisions
• Maintain clean, labeled, properly packaged meat and secure fragile items
• Provide energetic, high-quality service and model strong work ethic
• Follow policies, procedures, and ethics in daily operations
• Prioritize tasks and communicate progress and changes to managers and teammates
