Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and assist members as needed.
• Be an Expert: Maintains knowledge of meat handling, safety standards, sanitation, inventory, and product quality.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld tools to aid in production decisions and quality control.
• Be an Owner: Ensures clean work areas and proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Models high-quality service and product standards for the club.
• Complies with policies and ethics; follows open door policy and business processes.
• Completes tasks with deadlines by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners.
