• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and assist members.
• Demonstrates knowledge of meat safety, packaging, and quality standards on the floor, backroom, and in operations.
• Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Ensures merchandise is labeled, stored, and prepared to company standards and helps with inventory mgmt.
• Provides exceptional customer service and maintains a clean, ready area for members.
