Job summary

Sam’s Club Meat Department is seeking a team member to help sell, wrap, and display fresh meat with care. You will greet members, answer questions, and keep the area clean and organized to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task across tasks, and use handheld tools to improve service. Your smile and strong work ethic will support excellent member satisfaction in our club setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates to build a strong meat team and support the needs of the business.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of meat cutting, packaging, safety standards, inventory, and product quality.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld tools to drive sales and support the member experience.
• Be an Owner: Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure correct packaging, labeling and storage of meat products.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Deliver high-quality service and support to members with energy and commitment.
