Responsibilities

• Be an Expert: Knowledge of floor operations, product safety, sanitation, inventory management, and meat preparation (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming).

• Be an Owner: Maintain work area, ensure quality and date control, secure merchandise, reduce waste, assist customers with purchases, and store properly.
