Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to join our fast-paced team in Evans, CO. You will help with cutting, packaging, and displaying meat products while delivering exceptional member service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized area, assisting members quickly, and using handheld devices to support production decisions. The role requires standing for long periods and a willingness to work across areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced environments and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and meat preparation and packaging.
• Be a Techie: uses digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience, using handheld tech for decisions.
• Be an Owner: maintains area, ensures quality/labeling/storage, reduces waste, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
