Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members to meet the business needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation and maintenance of equipment; prepares meat products to standards; maintains product quality.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality for the member.
• Ensures commitment to operational excellence; maintains work area per policy; ensures proper packaging, labeling and storage of meat products; minimizes waste.
• Actively represents the department and club by delivering high-quality service and energy, aiding member purchases and contributing to a positive experience.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by following related action plans and policies.
