Sam’s Club is seeking a meat team associate to help ensure quality, packaging, and display of meat items while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support team members, handle meat preparation and safety standards, and use handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunity for growth are included.

• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and meat preparation to established standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; adapts to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Ensures operational excellence, maintains work area, packaging, labeling, and storage per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by delivering high quality service and products.

• Completes work assignments by using data and resources, collaborating with managers and customers, and adapting to change.
