Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, sealing, packaging, dating, labeling, scaling, and merchandising meat products.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with standards.
• Check product quality, rotate stock, ensure freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers, and carts clean and organized.
• Provide friendly customer and associate relations and assist customers.
