Albertsons Companies is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare fresh meat products, trim, package, and label selections for display while helping customers with requests.

You will use knives, grinders, and saws, maintain cold storage, follow safety standards, and keep the department clean and organized. A detail‑driven, reliable team member who communicates well and supports high-quality, safe food for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must have meat cutting or food preparation experience.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as saws, grinders, and slicers following training and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques required.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and maintain sanitation standards.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including food safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beef, poultry and other meats for display and sale.
• Trim, portion, package and label products to established standards.
• Interact with customers and fulfill special cut requests.
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness and safety protocols.
