Qualifications

• Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, serving customers, and other functions in accordance with company policies.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality and ensure proper rotation and freshness.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain department cleanliness.
• Unload trucks, sort orders, and place in proper cooler locations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies and procedures.
