Job summary

Tony's Fresh Market in Illinois is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform various cuts for meat items with knife and saw. You will stock fresh and frozen cases and ensure quality and proper rotation.

The role requires rewrapping meat packages, continuous cutting work, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment in line with safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma or GED and basic kitchen skills are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in both the fresh and frozen cases.
• Ensure product's quality, protections, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers.
• Rewraps meat packages as needed.
• Constant meat cutting with knife and/or saw machine.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
