Job summary

Tony's Fresh Markets in Illinois (Hanover Park) is seeking a Meat Cutter to perform various cuts for meat items using knife and saw. You will stock fresh and frozen cases, maintain product quality, and ensure proper rotation.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic kitchen skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic kitchen skills; familiar with food preparation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in fresh and frozen cases.
• Ensure product quality, protection, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Constant meat cutting with knife and/or saw.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety/sanitation rules.
