• Previous customer service, food service, retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail Meat and Seafood departments.
• Prior meat cutting / fabrication experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Wraps, weighs and prices meat and seafood products according to policy.
• Works with Lead Meat Cutter to ensure items are cut and processed to standards.
• Fills in and supports cutting, ordering and inventory in absence of Lead.
• Assists customers with product selection and provides product knowledge.
• Maintains pricing, signage and merchandising standards.
• Maintains department cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Notifies management of issues affecting service, safety or efficiency.
