Albertsons Companies Inc. in Colorado's Highlands Ranch is seeking a Meat Cutter to prepare fresh meat, trim, label, and display products while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll assist customers with special cut requests and maintain a clean, organized department.

You will operate knives, grinders, and saws, follow sanitation standards, and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a busy, hands-on team focused on precision and consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Must have prior meat cutting or food preparation experience.
• Ability to operate power equipment safely (saws, grinders, slicers).
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Comfort with standing for long periods in a refrigerated environment.
• Strong sanitation and food safety practices.
• Excellent customer service and ability to fulfill special cut requests.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
