This is a unique opportunity to get a head start, gain hands-on experience, and be a part of the foundation for our newest location. We provide only the best quality meats that are lifetime antibiotic and hormone free, and Prime Beef is the standard our customers expect from us.If you are an experienced Meat Cutter who understands the magic of the “center of the plate”, this position is for you!This culinary art sometimes takes years of experience and can’t be gained in a week-long training session. We are looking for an experienced person to help us create happy customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic with meat knowledge and cutting skills.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
• Food safety expertise.
• Prior meat cutting experience.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.

• Basic mathematical skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
