Job summary

Tony’s Market is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to grind, cut, trim and portion meat for sale. You will handle primals, remove bones, and prepare special cuts while maintaining quality and presentability in display cases.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting meat, following safety standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and delivering friendly service to shoppers. 2-3 years meat cutting experience preferred; strong teamwork encouraged.
