You will follow company standards for safety, sanitation, and food handling while assisting in merchandising and departmental tasks. The position emphasizes accurate knife skills, ability to work standing for long periods, and teamwork to maintain product quality and inventory.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
• Knife handling skills and knowledge of cutting, wrapping, and labeling.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assists customers and cuts meat to specifications for variety, size, quality and trim for sale.
• Assists in the daily operations in meat and seafood departments.
• Creates an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
• Operates department equipment and tools and ensures freshness and proper temperature.
