Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure in meat processing.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using CAO applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cutting of fresh beef and pork and follow the production schedule.
• Write and organize fresh meat orders; check in deliveries.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
