Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic individuals to join our Meat Cutter team in El Paso, TX. You will cut meat to product specifications, maintain inventory, and support food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure guest value.

Responsibilities include daily meat production, rotating stock, opening/closing procedures, and reporting discrepancies to the Manager. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of our benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Rotates cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.
• Uses administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and to determine the production level.
• Notifies the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Performs opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
