Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt service.
• Perform meat cuts as directed by Meat Manager.
• Prepare meats with marinades and vegetables.
• Stock display cases and coolers.
• Maintain case temperatures and report discrepancies.
• Promote sales with upselling.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist coworkers with cuts and questions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
